제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 블루에이션주식회사(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 홈페이지(이하 "홈페이지")에서 제공하는 정보 및 서비스의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (정의)

홈페이지에서는 제품을 직접 판매하지 않습니다. 제품 구매는 회사가 운영하는 네이버 스마트스토어에서 가능하며, 주문·결제·배송·교환·반품 등 구매와 관련된 사항은 해당 스마트스토어의 이용약관 및 정책에 따릅니다.
제5조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)
회사는 시스템 점검, 설비 교체 및 고장, 통신 두절 등 운영상 상당한 이유가 있는 경우 홈페이지 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다.
제6조 (제품 정보)
- 홈페이지에 게시된 제품 사진은 촬영 환경 및 모니터 설정에 따라 실제 제품과 색상·질감 등이 다르게 보일 수 있습니다.

제8조 (이용자의 의무)

제10조 (면책)
- 회사는 천재지변 또는 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우에는 책임이 면제됩니다.
- 회사는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제11조 (준거법 및 관할)
이 약관의 해석 및 회사와 이용자 간의 분쟁에 대해서는 대한민국 법령을 적용하며, 분쟁으로 인한 소송은 민사소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

이 약관은 2026년 9월 23일부터 시행합니다.
